Masak - masak Melayu ~ Pucuk Manis masak lemak

I assure you that this is one of the simplest, lazy bum cooking ever using coconut milk as a base gravy. At the market if you don't know how the plant looks like, just say as confidently as you can "kak, minta sayur manis satu" and the lady would pass you one bunch. As for my case, I remember how it looks like but I forget the name hence my idiotic question was "kak sayur apa ni?" @ "What vege is this?", much to their amusement as I hand over the vege, probably thinking that how on earth would I cook a vege of unknown name :p

 Anyway, ingredients would be:
1. 10 medium - sized prawns, shelled

 2. 1/4 of a medium pumpkin, quartered

3. A bunch of pucuk manis
4. 200 ml coconut milk (supermarket Ayam Brand works wonder too)
5. 2 Tbs cooking oil
6. 2 cloves of garlic, sliced thinly
7. 4 shallots, sliced thinly
8. water, 2 cups
9. Salt, pepper to taste
10. 1 red chilli, sliced thinly

Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a pot, sautee lightly the shallot, garlic and prawns
2. Add in water, bring to boil
3. Add in the pumpkin to let it cook till soft. Pierce with a fork to test.
4. Add in coconut milk and simmer for a while till it starts to bubble.
5. Add in the pucuk manis and simmer till the leaves wilt.
6. Season to taste, add in sliced chilli

Serves 3-4 with plain rice and other meat dishes.
