I am making ~ Portuguese chicken

My attempt to produce something close to Nando's chicken I guess :D It did turned out well, and polished off in a jiffy. And it's not as complicated as you may think it is, just a bunch of spices and some cheats here and there.

Ingredients:

1. Juice of 2 lemons, since I'm using 1 whole large chicken here
2. 2 Tbs tumeric
3. 4 Tbs ground black pepper
4. 4 Tbs paprika powder (yes, I cheated on this one)
5. 1 Tbs of sugar
6. 2 Tbs of salt
7. 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
8. 4 Tbs chilli flake
9. 2 Tbs oregano powder
10. 2 Tbs coriander powder
11. 4 Tbs olive oil
12. 4 bay leaves, crushed

13. 1 whole, large chicken. Have the butcher pulls the innards out to make life easier for you.

Preparation:
1. Combine ingredient 1 - 12 and coat them on the chicken, inside and in between the skin and flesh. Leave it to stand in the fridge for at least 6 hr, or if you want, overnight. The longer the better.

2. Brush some olive oil on the pan. Roast in a preheat oven at 250 degree for 50 minutes. To test, poke a fork and pull some flesh apart.

Serve 6-8. The best thing is, you can use the left over for sandwiches or salad, just slice into small portions and toss in some greens.
